Two theives are shot while robbing the safe of a representative of Intercrime, the international crime organisation which employs them. One of them survives and tips Steed to a new female assassin who is coming to England to work for the gang. Cathy takes her place and is accepted by Intercrime, but must kill Steed in order to prove her loyalty.

A strong performance, in a more serious role, for Kenneth J. Warren. Other than that, an ordinary but decent episode.

A soft thud is heard when a bed-ridden, delirious Palmer is rambling.

There is a distinct, off-camera crack when Palmer, now recovered, gives Steed some information.

What appears to be a champagne cork, being popped, can be heard as Felder discusses business with a colleague.

Taps and scrapes are audible during Steed's conversation with Miss Johnson in her living room.

A whole host of creaks and tapping sounds come across during Kressler's trial in Felder's office.

A cough is heard during the scene when Manning kisses Pamela Johnson. Another is heard when Felder tries to establish which woman is the real Hilda Stern. And a third when Cathy tries to call the police after the fight scene.

The dead prison officer blinks when a fellow warder removes the bed covers to pull back her eyelid.

Right after the real Hilda Stern enters Felder's office to meet Manning, a cameraman can be seen, through the open door behind her, moving his camera into position.
