Felix Kane, an enemy thought killed in an explosion a year ago, returns and teams up with Goff, the assistant of the late Dr. Clement Armstrong, to gain access to a stock of cybernaut parts. Kane intends to build himself a cybernetic body... and use it to exact revenge on Steed, Purdey, and Gambit!
The weakest of the cybernaut trilogy. Although Goff is supposedly Armstrong's former assistant, he is not seen or mentioned in either of the two previous episodes.
Steed and the others find out Felix Kane is behind the ressurection of the Cybernauts because Steed is informed that a "thumb print" has been lifted off the head of the Cybernaut that Purdey and Gambit destroyed on the stairwell. However, throughout the episode Kane has the use of only one of his hands, which is, in every scene wearing a glove. How then are his thumb prints on the head? Even suggesting he takes them off in an unmade scene, surely his hands would be badly burnt to warrant the glove in the first place?
