Emma inherits a house from an uncle that she never knew she had. After she sets off to see her new possession, Steed does some checking and realises that all is not as it seems. Emma's "uncle" turns out to be a deranged automation expert... Still upset that Emma sacked him years before when she took control of her late father's company.

One of the first signs of Brian Clemens' stories getting further "out there", this is saved my the amount of information you learn about Emma's past (i.e., her maiden name, family history, etc.)

If the people in the photo with baby Emma are her Mum and Da, why are they dressed in 50s/60s clothing when she was born in the 30s?

After crashing through the gate, we see part of the headlight of Steed's Bentley dangling. In the next shot, it is back in place.

When Emma cuts the large picture of herself, she cuts it diagonally from top right to bottom left. However, when the camera shows her stepping thru from the back-side of the pic, it is cut more top to bottom, not nearly as diagonal.
